only concentrate on training one position.

I just realized that training all my players and promoting their skills is not wise. only concentrate on one position is a better way. Seems forward can bring me more money. Start reforming my team. »

Yeah, it's better to think of your training as a factory, which isn't directly tied to the "match-playing team". You train only a few of your players -> sell them when they're ready -> buy new trainees AND older players for your main squad. More details here and here.

advice: indeed train one position and buy only trainees if you have a spot that they can play so they gain training an XP.

I must admit, i train almost
I must admit, i train almost all skills, changing training types ones in a couple of season. But honestly - i dont get much profit from transfers. But i dont really enjoy trading that much :) just feeling happy with my suppa balanced team :D
but thats my personal ht philosophy, its useless for those who doesnt want to wait long for progress

Been training defenders all the way. Must say that if you stick by it you can earn some descent money. But it does get boring now I must admmit... Maybe the new youth training will change my mind.
